Need help, Flicker/EQ two-handed axe slayer build failed?

Hi,

Recently, I changed ascendancy classes, and went from a gladiator to a slayer. Since then, I've lost half my dps, and I don't really know why. If there is anybody who is familiar with Slayer builds, can you help me out please?
