Cast when Damage Taken - Immortal Call - Frost Bomb - Increased Duration 4. Blasphemy - Frost Bite 5. Herald of Ice 6. Blood Rage 7. Ice Golem - Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance - Minion Speed 8/9. Charged Dash - Frenzy - Faster Attacks Some things: This build is super fun to play. It leeches with Vaal Pact, pierces loads of Cold resistances, and can kill Uber Izaro without needing to 5L. Feel free to drop me any questions via forum or PM.
