Freeze Proliferation

If an unfrozen enemy were to die from a hit that freezes them (and therefore shatters them at the same time), is there any chance for that freeze to have been proliferated at that moment the freeze and kill simultaneously occurred?

Prolification require an alive or dead body. If body splatters upon dying, due to explosion, scatter, consumed, there wont be prolification.
