Farming forsaken masters 3.0

I tried tidal island for like 10 times and there is no forsaken master???? Where should i farm them?

I would not recommend just farming the masters, especially before end game. Just play through the acts and do their quests when you run into one. You should get at least one to level 3 pretty quickly. Then you can create a hideout and start doing their daily quests. This will level them much faster.

They kinda removed masters from tidal island many patches ago. (like almost 3 years ago)
