What is the interaction here?
Does Efficacy buff only the duration? Or do the other elements of the gem apply to the damage when the shield breaks? Last bumped on Sep 6, 2017, 5:02:09 PM

Efficacy has three effects:
Increased Duration - Molten Shell has a Duration, it applies. More Spell Damage - Molten Shell's explosion deals Spell Damage, it applies. More Damage over Time - Molten Shell can Ignite, which is DoT, it applies (situationally). |
