The I in Exile looks like a sword up to the hilt. Hiding in plain sight. I really wouldn't call it an Easter egg per se because it's been obvious from the beginning that GGG intended for the I to be a sword. If the OP is not referring to that then yes I have missed it all these years.

No real Easter Eggs that I can tell. As others said, the I has always been a chisel, same as a Cartographer's Chisel, same as Legacy league symbol. Also the graphic itself is based on a Mirror of Kalandra. It has been that forever as well.
But if you want to go conspiracy theory (like people did for Microsoft Windows logo/backgrounds)... The wings on each side of the logo: On left, part 1, 5 acts, 1 feather for each act. On right, the same, part 2, with 1 feather for each act.
