You have what may actually be the rarest item in the Game, or at least I've never heard of anything rarer that can still legitimately drop.
We are not allowed to discuss the particulars of what it is used for on the Forums (or in game chat, or anywhere else, for that matter), but look around online and see if it is an activity you want to participate in. If it is, hold on to that thing for dear life.
