[SOLVED] client crashes on launch (video)

Despite windows telling me my drivers were good, upon further inspection my GPU drivers hadn't updated for about a year. One visit to the Nvidia site later I had my new drivers and everything appears to be working again!

UPDATE: i have tried a full reinstall of PoE and still get the same error when trying to launch the game

game was working fine the morning before these issues started, when i tried to launch the game that night i got this crash

cant play, cant even get the launcher to come up, if anyone has an idea plz let me know

also cant play EVE Online, the launcher window comes up just fine but trying to launch an account it tries to open but the instant the window for the game appears in my toolbar it closes with no error

there must be a problem with my computer but i have no idea where to start

trying to launch Albion Online gives me this error msg:
Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.
InitializeEngineGraphics failed

so is this a DirectX issue? DxDiag seems to think i have DX 12 running just fine

SOLVED

I tried over and over to load for my son. I got the wouldn't deserialise bullshit...I fully removed POE from computer. Then tried re-installing. It stops part way over and over saying something about cannot load maps.

3.0 has to be the buggiest version ever on playability. It crashes several times a day up to today, now it's unplayable - as in it won't even freaking load.

And I forgot to add, I've been trying to INSTALL this thing again for going on 6 hours. The installer stops over and over for the dumbest shit. I have 1.76GB left, and it's going to stop and crash again. It's stopped over and over
