The culmination of my plans to create a build with the new unique sword, an Arc build and the love for shattering ice in PoE :)
Mostly a fun to try build, but turned out far better than expected. Very good clear speed, not so good against bosses though. That's Arc for ya. More details below the video and in the Google Sheet. Just died in HC on lvl 85 with this build - had a ton of fun! Wish there were more creative builds like this utlizing charged dash. Thanks a lot man
