Vaal temple map not registering in atlas or drop shapers orb

just finished vaal temple map for the first time rare corrupted and it didn't drop shaper's orb or register on my atlas. i did the map with someone else and he did most the killing but that shouldnt effect it. also in the map device i put sacrifice fragments for the extra iiq but that shouldn't have effected it either. i had already relogged and stuff before these pictures where taken so that's not the problem either.

Were you in the map when the bosses died?

they killed me then i hopped right back in but its possible they died before i got back in. your probably right though. sucky
