Legacy League Portal Skin is Missing (Maybe more missing)

Hi,

The short version:
My Legacy League Portal Skin is missing. My Legacy record only shows up to 16 (portal is level 36), but the skin was on one of my characters.

Details:
I logged in on standard mode and found that one of my characters had the Legacy League Portal Skin on it. The Skin wasn't listed in my main collection of Portals. I turned the skin off, hoping it would be added, but it is not completely gone.

Added concern:
I can't remember how many other Leagues I earned effects in, so I don't know if more are missing. Also I'm not sure what is correct. Did I only reach 16 in legacy or 36? My memory isn't that good. Did I get the Legacy portal on one of my characters by a fluke accident or had I earned it and applied it.

Did a bit of checking:
I don't think I got very far in most the League challenges. I looked over my other listed challenges and they seemed about right... back to prophecy, I got at least footprints, I can't remember if I got any weapons or portals for sure. I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to get back items? I'm really tired and not sure what else to write.
