The Wise Oak Resistance?

does The Wise Oak flask giving me the +35% resistance even when I don't drink from it? Is it a normal passive like +% resistance on gloves/.../items? Last bumped on Aug 27, 2017, 4:06:23 PM

Just like every other Flask, you need to drink it before it does anything :P That 35% Resistance is just the baseline Bismuth Flask effect.
