Is trading for threshold jewels possible on Xbox

All I'd like to know is weather or not I can search for threshold jewels with the current "trade" system. I feel like skills like Magma Orb need their essential threshold jewels to be viable and they would be next to impossible to get without a trade system. Would I be able to trade for these on the xbox?

Yes they are tradeable, though not many people are at the stage needed to trade these (act 5).

There's no buyout either so good luck with that.
