How do you change servers?

Jeff posted 1 1/2 years ago it will be added but nothing happened. I just started and like the game but it's just unplayable for me.

Any update with 3.7? I am in prague yet it connects to server in Sao paolo Brazil !

I have my gateway set to London, yet I'm sometimes put into town instances in Amsterdam. Every other instance seems to be fine, just the towns.

I imagine this has to do with town instances not being freely creatable: the game creates town instances as needed based on population levels; it would rather stick you in an overseas instance that has a few players than create a brand new empty local instance. Ping isn't a big deal in towns because no combat occurs there, so this is what I think the game's doing.
