Cannibal Fire-eaters

When 3.0 came, Cannibal Fire-eaters disappeared from the acts, and as it seems are only available through maps, which makes things quite impractical. I've spent a lot of maps on trying to get them, and yet failing most of the time.

Could it be possible to put them back somewhere?
