Bugged Achievements

There are a few achievements that are not triggering and completing for me, even when I use the /recheck_achievements command. These are not Harbinger League challenges, but the things in the actual Achievements tab, tied to Steam achievements. To be clear, it's not just the Steam-side achievements, it's the internal PoE version of these achievements.

Deadly Sins - Obtain every Pantheon power.
This looks like an easy one to complete, but even after completely filling out the Pantheon, it doesn't complete for me. It might be due to the removal of a Pantheon god - I remember when Sin's speech was bugged, he talked about one in the Oasis area in Act 9.

Augmentation - Use an orb to change the mods of a Strongbox.
I do this all the time, particularly with arcanist and divine strongboxes. Scouring, alching, transmuting, augmenting, altering and chaosing don't proc this achievement. I even tried this on a standard 'Strongbox' - no achievement.

Apprentice Cartographer - Complete all the white maps on the Atlas.
I completed all Tier 1 - 5 maps except for the uniques Atziri's Vaults and Hallowed Ground. It didn't trigger. I just recently did those unique maps, and it again did not trigger - however, I've shaped some of my white maps into yellow maps before doing Hallowed Ground, so this may be part of the problem. Either way, all white maps have been completed, bonus objective and all, and it hasn't triggered.
