It's honestly crap it's not even worth the 12 or so alt shards you'd even get for it.
Put it this way I have this crap armor set for 1 alch and I can't sell that. And you want 5 chaos for it? This set to 3c, supply and demand but your armor is straight up poo. |

you may struggle to get 1 alch for that chest to be honest. especilly in standard.
Most people will either want a 5L dead cheap to roll (like 1c-2c) or they will buy a good rolled 5L, and once they have enough currency they will move to getting a 6L YES I support the game, NO I don't agree with many GGG decisions

I sell shit all the time in std but it has to be halfway decent. Chests are hard. Like needs some tier 1's. Basically you have to ask yourself would you wear that and what would you pay to wear that chest you posted. I'm guessing not 5c. Or not at all.

If you are not selling but your tabs are on public = your items are way overpriced or you are never online. I wouldnt even pay 1c for that chest you linked, its not worth anything... Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.
