Rise of the Phoenix bug.
I have 67% Fire Resist with Rise of the Phoenix equipped. When I use righteous fire, it burns my life (obviously) and as I reach low life, I go to 84% (I have max res from tree etc, all normal so far).
What is not normal is that I keep the 84% fire res even when I am at full HP. I checked to see if this was safe to play with and obviously it's really buggy. Linking shield charge + blood magic together and casting it once costed me over 4,000 life! It should really be looked into. :D Last bumped on Mar 8, 2018, 11:11:54 PM

You're just desynced. RotP causes extreme desync with its mod if you're under res cap without LL bonus. You just constantly going from 35% to 35.1% and below again, so you're just constantly at 35% life, but it all happens on server, you client considers that you still have fire resistance and regens you to full life, while you're actually at 35%. As soon as you take any damage (or just changing your HP in any way, for example using life flask) resyncs your health value, so it looks like you immediately take 65% life hit.

Not necessary to say “me too” on an issue that's been reported for as many years as RotP shield has been in the game.
