What should I do? soul mantle totem skill effect

I am using a soul mantle totem build.
I bought Totem Skill Effect
I do not know how to apply this to soul mantle spell totem
What should I do?

MTX are applied to items - in this case skill gems. As you have no skill gem for the MTX to apply to, it is impossible for you to use the MTX with the spell totem granted Soul Mantle.

If you weren't aware of this and would like to request a refund you can send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com, however they're very busy so they'll be slow to respond.

That being said, it wouldn't be a terrible idea to email support and ask if this can't be implimented in the future. With the old mtx system I wouldn't even dream of it, but maybe with the new one they can find a way for item induced gemto show on the cosmetic screen like normal gems.

It'd be much better to post in Feedback and Suggestions than to e-mail the Support team about what the Devs may or may not do in the future, when Support have been so busy since FoO launched that it's frequently taking them around a week to respond to an e-mail.

If people didn't e-mail them about things that have nothing to do with them, the queue likely wouldn't be as long as it is, and the people who need them wouldn't have to wait as long.

I meant it more as in emailing them to see if they would think of even looking into the matter at all at some point, not specifically emailing them now when they are busy as heck. Depending on how vital mtx looks are to somebody, it might be something that said person may want an immediate as possible answer to if GGG even know if it's possible for them to put into their code or not versus a feedback post and waiting since they never directly respond to suggestions in that manner on the forums.
