76 with your budget build, so far so good. Chill and stun are my only weakness for the moment. However, I am curious about the temp league build you made. how do you start out with passives in the beginning for the budget build? are you putting them in, and refunding later? also, what setup would you recommend for mapping (if anything needs to be swapped out gear/gem wise)? build looks awesome! It's hard to cap lightning resistance with lightning coil with so many unique items and dual wield. You need lightning resistance on every jewel slot as I've seen yours and still once I imported your pastebin it's not capped. Having said that would u recommend coil over belly at the end of the day, or keep belly and for mapping change abyssus for something else, while use abyssus for guaridans/shaper/atziri?
