vs random oneshots you might have issues with being stunned and/or shocked and/or cursed I guess, I recommend using Kiaras Determination over a sulphur flask when doing maps and always keeping it up as well as your Totem if you dont run Enfeeble.

A sidenote if you want to include it in your claw sentence. The Scourge Terror Claw as offhand is a good and cheap alternative to a rare claw.
Scourage (1-5c) hase 50k more dps then my mediocre claw in second weapon set with 263pdps, 7.56crit and 1.67aps (40-50c)

According to what i found on reddit/forum, ruthless effect the whole channel and the release.
You can get stacks from thin air/don't need to hit something and you can reset the counter with unequiping the skillgem.
In Theory, tap 2x bf in the air and the next whole channel has the 113% dmg buff.

!!You must drop THE SORROW OF DIVINE flask immediately, this flask is preventing your life to regenerate!!

so your damage on full life gem is doing nothing and the whole build gets clunky ;)

Try to get a diamond flask of staunching/heat and a sulphur flask of staunching/heat (or Kiaras) and Taste of Hate. therefor drop stibnite and life flask, you dont need them when using the right flasks. :)


edit: and get a well roled scourge claw for offhand
