Ivory arc of courage + harbinger weapon effect

Hello writing this because all my other weapon effects seem to change the color of my bow but this new effect, seems to have no effect at all. Is this a bug or just intended? I think it should make the bow blue like carnage effect makes it red, Outlaw makes it like golden, Ultimate chaos makes it black with a red outline.
