How to disable flashing taskbar when game is minimized?

Hi, whenever i get a whisper my task bar icon starts flashing. I would like to turn this off but can't. It is extremely annoying as it makes my auto-hide taskbar stick up until i go in game and tab back out.

" i don't know if there is a config setting to disable the flashing. just unsubscribe from all ingame chat channels before minimising the client. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
