Account e-mails are currently not being delivered?

I have a dynamic IP address and my account gets locked almost daily. Sadly this time I have not received unlock code via e-mail. Just to make clear - I have checked junk folder and excluded my e-mail server fault.
Please look into why these mails are not being delivered. Last bumped on Aug 19, 2017, 1:54:26 PM

Update:
Seems your domain from support@grindinggear.com (23.246.201.124) has been blacklisted by a RBL service (spam blacklist). I've got the same problem here. I can't get any emails from GGG due to that blacklist issue.
Tried to contact the support but i think those emails are blocked too. :( |

They are already more than well enough aware of this. All you can currently do is email support to get an unlock code.

" How does that help when we can't get emails from support@grindinggear.com ? I have been waiting since thursday. Either they haven't replied or I can't get the email. Take a second and think. Go to yahoo, gmail, where-ever and get an account. Send the email from there. It's not that complicated.
They do nothing account related via the forums, as is their policy, so as I said, all you can do is email them. My account got IP locked. Couldn't receive the unlocking email. First I made the bug thread here and sent an email to support. Then it dawned me, that I might not receive their replies.
I found this support link from reddit: https://www.pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support They replied there in a few hours and sent me unlocking e-mail via different domain. It worked and I'm happy. I hope this helps others too. |
