Thanks so much for this guide, not only does it looks amazing but also a powerful build.

I was planning (and possibly still am) on going this build. With the patch changes do you think Trickster may actually be better/equal for the build? I've been doing rough things in POB (I'm really no expert) and estimate the trickster would lose a bit of Damage but gain a significant amount of survivability (please let me know if I'm completely wrong).

I was only comparing your CI build with a trickster CI build as I doubt I will get the items for LL (I play private league).


Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Im not worried about damage but ES pool is taking quite big hit. No matter what Im still doing this build because when I leveled my elementalist in flashback I tried es/contagion (with no chaos nodes) and just fall in love with it again (last time played ES like few expansions back).

I hope all those changes dont take away too mcuh from this build. And maybe since many people will try melee dense fossils will be cheaper :)
