Doedre's elixir & Block

Hi !


Does Doedre's elixir damage effect can be blocked with a shield ?

In the wiki, i read that Eye of Innocence proc on-hit effects but cannot be blocked.
Is it the same for Doedre's elixir ?


Also, are they secondary damage ?
If yes I can scale Eye of Innocence with elem damage and Doedre's elixir with chaos damage, true ?
