Boss room of T12 Vault Map is crashing on enterence

I have no idea what may be causing this, i'm guessing one of the add mobs the boss occationally spawns. The fight was going fine, I suddenly had a client crash, now if I try to re-enter the boss room, I get an immediate client crash.
