Prismatic eclipse help

Are the red sockets on prismatic eclipse global ?. I know the greens are because it says so.
For example if I have 2 red sockets do I get 50% increased damage. I've tried looking online I couldn't find a solid answer Last bumped on Aug 16, 2017, 8:37:04 PM

They are global.

Sure. If it was local, it would apply before other increased damage nodes, meaning you would get higher damage. But this doesn't happen.

All conditional modifiers are global. It's just a hard rule of PoE's modifiers. |

I was debating between tempestous steel and the eclipse to use it as a stat stick. Looks like the eclipse is good for me because of atk speed and the 50% increased damage |
