Boss Avarius

Hi all, i writing because just now im killing Avarius but when i used Whirling Blades to escape i was blocked into the statues fortunately boss hited me when i was blocked but just once. Later i see him a little bit freezed ( my hearth died 2 times in 1 second) and i be able to use a portal and runaway. Maybe im not the only person that happend. Sorry for my english i tried my best, i hope for an answer and maybe a fix, Thanks.

I guess Avarius is bugged for some people.
I had to do the entire battle start to finish with nothing but my weapon skill.
The fight disabled all my gem skills the minute I walked in and initiated the fight. Needless to say I died a lot.
I was wondering if this was some new kind of torment designed by GGG but then I saw other people talking about killing him with different builds in a forum post. I can tell you now my witch will never survive the encounter with only wand damage to take him out. MY warrior used up all his nine lives and more to get the job done.
That being said your not alone in the being bugged situation in that fight. Seems to be a few different bugs involved.
