[3.0] Necromancer ED/Blight need help with my build :)

Hey could some Help with my Necro ED/Blight build. Here is my Build https://pastebin.com/uFzpSJaN
I wanna use Blight for single Target with the new Allelopathy Gloves and ed for Clear and main DMG.
I'm rly unsure about my Weapon, Helmet and Body Armour Choice. Also if you see some bad Pathing choices in the Passive Tree feel free to let me know.

ED is better than Blight for single target though (given that it's an actual single-target skill that needs contagion in order to be spread). I'm not sure why you want do use both in 3.0.
