There are very popular builds that use 5 blue 1 green queen, have a friend trying to link it. He has 450% move speed still, without pumping dex.

To answer op, 1500 fusings are 19 exalts now. So, off color + that would definitely be around 25ex+. Source, people offering ridiculous offers for 5 blue 1 green off my friend.

Bear in mind, 6l queens start at 400c which is less, so it may vary, test it, by listing it.
