Game Crash Due To Particle Effect Error

While in the Torched Court area in act 10 while fighting some of the enemies that use spectral throw my game unexpectedly crashed. I was given an error message stating that it was unable to add a particle effect to the Blackguardsword.ao. The particle in question is the kitava_red spectral throw small.
