Question about item that gives "30 percent reduced ark speed"...

Quick question -
There is a unique ring that gives "30 percent reduced attack speed"- does this factor in after all of my attack speed is added up? Or if I stacked 30 percent worth of attack speed nodes from the tree, would this offset the ring mod and would they cancel each other out? I am sure this has been answered but was unable to find it. All Increased and Reduced modifiers to the same stat are additive*. More and Less modifiers are multiplicative. The Warden's Brand is a Reduced-type modifier, and thus additive with all of your Increased Attack Speed. It's not too dramatic a penalty :)
(*worth noting: Increased Attack Speed on the weapon is modifying the base Attack Speed of the weapon, as opposed to global Attack Speed, and thus multiplicative with all other Increased Attack Speed!) Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Aug 13, 2017, 11:42:10 AM

The item itself even reduces its own penalty with the attack speed from frenzy charges. It's not much, but it's something.
