Problem with Quest "The Ravenous God"

Hi,
this is my only Quest left so far. I finished Chamber of Innocence and the Quest says "Kitava has awakened and is destroying Oriath. Search the ruined Oriath Square for the entrance to the Ossuary. Once inside, find the Sign of Purity and use it to defeat Kitava." But here is the Problem: The entrance in the Ruined Square ist still blocked for me. What did i missed or forget? Thx for help. After you kill Innocence there is another exit there that leads to the square and everything is burning

Hey, thats right. I did the area.
My problem is the burning firewall on the steps in The Ruined Square area, which blocks the entrance to Ossuary. |

did all quest in that guide.
But still my Problem is this Part: WP: The Ruined Square, go to The Ossuary. Find Sign of Purity, go back to The Ruined Square, go to The Cathedral Rooftop (get WP), go to Cathedral Apex (don't forget to use Teleport outside if you die), fight Kitava, take the boat to Part 2/Act 6. I cant go there, because the way is blocked. |

If I remember correctly, the Ossuary is right next to the Ruined Square waypoint.
