I think OP refers to what did the quality add, would it drop on the +cards craft or did the quality really up the chances on higher tier cards. (Me thinking the 1489% rarity mod on boxes)... The only orb in game they are comparable with are Chisels. I believe it's safe to assume they give increased quantity of items when used on a Strongbox. Increased number of cards with the right affixes (+ cards that give unique) clearly increased the odds of a good card drop. I have done it on several divinier boxes (around 5) this league and only once I did not get a 20+ chaos card. I am not denying RNG. I am having very very good one this league. I had 4 exalted orbs drop and 2 divines. I also found plenty good prophecies to sell and 50+ chaos items. I even found 4 Kaom's Cache strongbox. None gave me the chest (4 x axe) sadly but the fact I found 4 is insane. Never found one before this league. "Never argue with an idiot.
