Whispering Ice Cast While Channeling Storm Burst - PoE 3.0 - Harbinger League
 Like every league, I just had to create a build with Whispering Ice. It just speaks to me (Or should I say Whispers...). The combo with Storm Burst looked promising, especially with a Call of the Brotherhood unique ring (always shock frozen enemies). Turned out great. Smooth leveling and good mapping experience. (Recorded character at lvl 80) I meant to write info in the video, but YouTube killed that feature, so now it's more a demo video + a Google Sheet linked int the description with the details.
