It would allow you to deterministically get exactly the item you want, which defeats the entire point, especially when you are getting items that will sell for 100-300+ points when they are added to the store in a few months.

To each their own. I think $114 to guarantee everything is still insane for cosmetics. If someone wants to spend over $500 trying to get everything more power to them.
