Rare Bonewarped Warriros

Where can i find these OUTSIDE of the end of act 4? I need one for my Flesh of the Beast Proph, but doing it in a4 is now not worthwhile as the item wont be high enough ilvl for a 6l.

They can spawn normal in Phantasmagoria map, but after running 20 or so, they only seem to spawn normal from the cocoons. Does Malformation have a good chance of them spawning?

Update: So why in hell do the mobs change EVERY time i run a malformation map? I had the bonewarped warriors the first time i ran it, thought aweomse i'll buy a few more and run until i get a rare one. 6 Maps later and I'm yet to even get the mob type that gives bonewarped warriors. What has happened with maps spawning specific types of mobs?

Here is how i did it...

Get the Rebirth Prophecy, use it in a Phantasmagoria Map
and kill only the spawning Bonewarped Warriors.
