3.0 Build Theory Kamehameha Storm Burst Occultist

Hey all so i wanted to try out the new storm burst skill so i created this build theory in order to play it and also test out how significant the changes to ci are this build is still in the theoretical stage so i would really appreciate you guys checking out my theory video and leaving your thoughts and comments on the build as well as any tips on storm burst in general thank you. also once this build leaves the theoretical stage i will have midway recaps and endgame recaps displaying the build as well as my general opinion of the build, including strengths, weaknesses, and overall fun or lack their of i have with this and all builds to come.
