Normal lord's labyrinth quest won't complete

The Lord's labyrinth quest will not complete for me. I've entered through the Sarn encampment 3 times now and killed the boss each time. I've clicked the alter after each run and still have only one ascendancy point. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this. I ran it on the next difficulty and received no points, because the normal quest is not completing. HELP!

You have 2 points there, not 1. Can you show a screenshot of the Ascendancy altar where you pick which difficulty lab before entering?

You are confusing us. You say you can't complete the normal quest, but you did complete it. You have and used your two normal ascendency points. The quest is telling you that you haven't completed the cruel lab. So why do you keep saying you aren't credited with completing the normal one?

Take a screenshot standing at the altar in the cruel lab (with the overlay on so it shows that you are actually in the cruel lab). If you show that and still don't get the completion of the cruel lab quest, you'll have to post in the bug report forum. But from the looks of what you have posted here, you have only completed the normal lab.

You just didnt do the cruel lab, to do it you must do the trials in act 6,7 .I think there are 3 or 4 trials.

His screenshots clearly show he has unlocked the cruel lab.

OP, are you maybe confused because the scion needs 3 ascendancy points to get to the first subclass ascendancy, instead of 2?

I think you are referring to the "LORD'S LABYRINTH" quest, in your quest log, right? Until you have completed ALL of the layrinths, it will remain incomplete in your quest log.
