Undying Inductors

...can't find any info on those guys...apparently, they only appear in Maligaro map quest (Maligaro's Sanctum area) ?

Asking bcz I wanted to use them as Spectre but that would be pretty hard if you can get them only in one place/one time :)

Anyone know if they appear in any map ?

I used them in two maps with IOE, Minion Damage, Elemental focus, GMP and Spell echo.

They could kill entire white/blue packs if their lightning attack synced up but when it came to bosses they're worthless. Their skill has a long cooldown and they resort to autoattacking when enemies are close. Not good spectres for mapping.
