My ACT1~ACT10 all Quest is Complete.

I have same problem, I'm done all with my first character but with second I have no option to progress and get into Cathedral Rooftop because of blockade

i wrote similar thread people posting in that thread say old standard characters cant access rooftop zone in act 5 and cant access a side zone in act 7

Same deal I am in part 5, I have finished all quest in std, and can't use the cathedral rooftop way point. Say "You do not have the required quest state"

Same here, I guess they tried to copy quest progress from when there was 3 difficulties because I somehow have a random assortment of the game complete that I've never been to, and yet some of the level connections are broken with no way to fix them because the quest is over...

This bug is in the STANDARD LEAGUES

ACT5 lv45 The Cathedral Rooftop

Same here (Myself, wife, and daughters accounts).
80+ level characters on standard, start with all quests completed and cannot enter cathedral rooftop because "You do not have the required quest state".

it is bugged for all pre-3.0 char (that auto unlock all the main quest ) since day 1. Again, search post may save more time than asking question like baby need breast feed.

May be it is intentional as by storyline you can't kill act 5 boss (the boss gone at 50% health)

But in my theory, the waypoint would only activate by you kill act 5 boss once, but as pre-3.0 char were auto unlock all the main quest, you did not have any boss battle in act 5 before, so it is bugged as you did not have the quest item to enter from the "ruined square" entrance either.
