Spell Totem MTX on Soul Mantle (and other embedded skills)

As in title - now that MTX system is remade, would it be possible to enable adding MTX to skills that are built into items?

Damn, this is very disheartening information. Spent a lot on totem MTX, and though I'm not running to demand a refund because I bought them with the intent to use on other builds, now that I'm planning a Soul Mantle Build, it really sucks that they are all useless for it. Would be nice if GGG could work out a solution some day.

Ugh, the book totems look so rad... and then i got soul mantle for my build and it feels bad man :(
I really hope ggg makes it happen. it makes the build feel less fun. |

Pretty please GGG? Just have implicit gems from items show up in the MTX gem list. :D
