Is there a good build for Fire Witch?

I'm really starting PoE with the 3.0, and like every noob I get lost and I'm afraid to screw my first character. So I prefer to ask directly to the people who know the game!

Is there a good build for a Fire Witch, with decent results and that does not resquire very expensive items? I just wanna see a lot of burning and flamme on the screen!
