The Sol Locket has perfect flaring, which vengeance collar does not have. It also has t2 flat light, as opposed to vengeance collar's t2 wed, which is better for wanders and a few other builds (can run it through PoB and look at the numbers). WED is better for some, flat light dmg is better for some. Also, it has t1 life and vengeance collar has t2 life. I do plan on et/exing the suffix at a later date and most likely matching vengeance collar's 150ex fee, aiming for t1 accuracy, but I am currently offering this one for a fee of 70ex in comparison to vengeance collar's current 150ex fee price tag. Run your build through PoB to see where your chance to hit break-point is. If you don't gain any extra chance to hit with 320 accuracy, then save yourself 80ex and go ahead and grab a copy! PM me on forum if you are in need. Here are the other versions available as well, just bring your own crafting mats (scours etc...) to change version.      Also available in any other hybrid res/flat res combo you might need to balance out wise oak, mana regen, and whatever other useful bench mod you might need.
