Are there any 3.0 Witch Elementalist Freezing Spark builds?

I wanted to be a witch and play with Freezing Spark, but there seems to be no builds for 3.0, I know there are inquisitor builds, but witch seemed more fun. If there is no choice and I will have to go inquisitor, I don't mind going with that one I guess.
Any help appreciated.

If you want to play Witch, I would recommend spark or spark totems instead. The whole point of freezing spark is to crit, and Inquisitor does way more crit damage than Elementalist. You won't be nearly as fast or as powerful as an Inquisitor, but you could make it work. IMO any sort of crit herald of ice build is really fun, like popping bubble wrap, so I really recommend builds like Inquisitor freezing spark or Raider crit ele spectral throw.
