FPS limited to 60fps while Passive Skill Tree open in Chrome on 2nd Monitor
So this bug may sound kind of crazy, but here's my current situation:
When I open the passive skill tree in Chrome on a secondary monitor, my FPS drops to 60fps. As soon as I change the tab to something else, it goes back to 144fps. Repro steps: 1. Open PoE on primary monitor, sign in, enter any area (i.e. I'm currently in A4 Town) 2. Open Chrome on secondary monitor, to almost any site. 3. Experience PoE at 144fps on the 144Hz primary monitor without difficulty. 4. Open a new tab in Chrome, go to the PoE.com Passive Skill Tree, i.e. https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAABAQAANlhhVIV7BiR9zLiYWRSBS2XeWNwQzE6UhpV6Ua9NotPivBfP1n-vJ826HTtuR12rA48FHG-p9rBR37qGM9-m2p7dBHVMHfBo2EhrlDKkGBBfNmGYGVNKCplp-RR-OtQR1eXFCDvDq2NhNmE7w== 5. PoE immediately drops to 59-60fps (both as non-active or active window) 6. Change Chrome back to other tab, PoE jumps back to ~144fps So technically this might be a weird website error, but it's the PoE site (and only the passive skill tree, i.e. forums are fine), so hopefully I'm still good filing a bug report here.
