there is tons of threads bout it why no official staff just inform us why this happens or how could be fixed?

They have obviously no idea what this error causes.

The game is unplayable. I cannot progress because the game crashes totally when changing an area. Even going from town to town will cause it.

Using DX9 kinda fixed it for me
The game looks and run terribly worse, but at least no more disconnects every 5 minutes.

Same issue is happening for me. I can't go to the Northern Forest, or many other areas. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
