Had this issue the first time I killed the boss - no feather. Got the feather the second time. The only difference was that I used Flesh Offering on Kira the first time and not on the second run, and the feather dropped from her body on the second run.
Could be a glitch relating to the state of Kira's body? |

Killed her 3 times, no drop. Removed Offering as sugested by the guy above. Nothing. Seems they just didn't set 100% drop rate to the item. :/
