Is there any bug on quest " The Ruler of highgate "

The Ruler of Highgate is the quest to ask you to " Take the Sekhema Feather " on Act 8, the Arena inside the quarry map. I try to quest it many time to kill the boss there already, no any single of " Sekhema Feather " drop at once

At first, I thought this quest is a chance to complete quest so we need to try it many times until it drop but .... after 10 times I realise, it should be a " BUG " of the game LOL

As if anyone has information about this, please share to me. Many of my friend cannot finish this quest according to item " The sekhema feather " not drop after kill the boss in the Arena.

After run the Arena of map " The Quarry " at 11 times. the Sekhema Feather drop from the boss

I and friend try to think, we come up with many assumption

1. It is a real bug of the game !!
2. The boss has 2 form (Kira and Garu) only need to kill it when it is in Kira form only
3. It is a chance to drop the feather and complete this quest


Any Idea, anyone ?

After I killed the boss the feather was located in the top center of the room, big green ! on the mini map. I just walked up picked it up. I don't know if picking the ruler has any difference because whoever you talk to first finishes the quest. I talked to Irasha and got 1 skill point.

Edit: Also I had to kill both forms, the Kira servant, and the Goddess Garukhan. It wasn't until Garukhan was dead that the feather dropped.

Killed the boss and got no item :(

I think it's a bug. The feather didn't drop for me either and no green indicator of anything.

Yep. same problem. Nothing of the usual (restart, reset) helps

Just experienced this bug as well... killed Garukhan but no feather that I can find in the arena or my inventory. Quest remains unfinished.

I just experienced the same bug.
I have to renounce the passive point until it gets fixed.
